Sebastian Hirsch, The Blogging Artist

With so many types of art floating around, the art of writing, journalism and even blogging has seem to grown during our time in the technological era. When I was a young boy, newspapers were big business. People would read the newspaper or do their writing in the library and coffee shops in my city. What do you see in those two places now? Hardly anyone reading the newspaper or writing on paper with a pen. Computers have indeed taken over and so has our forms of art as well as how we create them.

For me, being a writer is a form of art because it takes a certain skill and it must be exercised regularly just like any skill or muscle. Being a blogger means I study other bloggers, journalist and writers to see the writing style and discover what works for them. I suppose you can just call me Sebastian Hirsch, the blogging artist. I kind of like the sound of that.
